Kevin Sumida and his employees work diligently to get repairs done quickly and the work is always high quality. You will pay a lot less for the same exact service at the dealership. Kevin is very honest & upfront with problems your car has. This shop is a hidden gem. The convenience & price can't be beat!
Particularly for women (or anyone) who might not be familiar with auto / mechanical issues, I could not recommend Kevin and his team more highly. They also explain things well and are very patient and cool with all my uninformed questions. He's got a customer for life.
Even though they specialize in Mercedes, Kevin told me to bring in my Nissan Altima to have it looked at. I believe that genuine, honest people with integrity should be acknowledged, and I appreciated his fair and honest service. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend his shop to my family and friends.
